Special customer requirements call for special solutions. It sounds logical, but in practice new solutions in technical material development and 3D printer design are often required. In the face of such challenges, we are able to score points with our consistent and future-oriented research work on the one hand and leading know-how in the three relevant areas of additive manufacturing on the other.

 



 

Our 3 approaches in development work

At EVO-tech, we believe that research and development in additive manufacturing is only useful if it results in real advantages. For example, integrating additional functions into components as well as fine-tuning your production materials to our additive manufacturing systems. This is why each of our 3 approaches to development work is characterized by a consistent orientation towards customer service:

 

 

Approach 1:

EVO-tech solves customer problems for which there is no matching material or suitable 3D printer. In addition, we guide our customers through the production-appropriate design of the components.

 

 

Approach 2:

EVO-tech has been actively developing both engineering plastics and the EVO-lizer with the future market and customer requirements in mind ever since the company was founded.

 

 

Approach 3:

EVO-tech develops custom solutions for customers who want to print their components with the EVO-lizer using their own engineering plastics. For this purpose, we work out the optimum machine settings over approx. 1000 printing hours. At the end, the customer receives a certification of foreign material on the EVO-lizer.
